かごしま環境未来館は、2008年10月に鹿児島市にオープンした環境について、学び、行動するための施設です。市民の環境への関心を高めるのに役立っている環境未来館の取り組みは、8月20日に実務者会議でも視察する予定。今回は前もって施設の概要をお知らせします。

The 9Th Working-level Conference will be held from August 18 to 20, 2011. We would like to introduce you the keynote speaker, Conference Program, and Kagoshima City, the host.
Ⅱ．Best Practice from a Member City! : Kumamoto City has collected 1.6 billion yen for the reconstruction of Kumamoto Castle through a unique “small donation as a lord of the castle system”!
APCS secretariat has visited and collected a best practice from one of our members. In this edition, we are going to introduce you the unique “small donation as a lord of the castle system” of Kumamoto City. They have collected donation of 1.6 billion yen (about 19.5 million US dollars). What is their system?
